Club Member Pordum Elected to Executive Committee
Becky Pordum was elected to the Executive Committee of
the Buffalo Teachers Federation to serve a 2-year term. The BTF
represents 3,500 teachers in the Buffalo public schools.
Pordum is a middle-school math teacher for the City of
Buffalo. She also volunteers as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees
of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library.
She resides in Derby with her husband Fran Pordum, a
retired teacher and former State Assemblyman. He is running for Evans
Town Supervisor with the endorsements of the Democratic,
Independence and Working Families parties.
