“I'm proud of the improvements to the village during my time as trustee and as mayor.  Working together, we advanced the village into the 21st century," noted Frawley.  "Now I want to do the same thing for the town where I have lived for my entire life.  I want Evans' businesses to prosper so that the community will prosper.  I'm fired up to make Evans the #1 community."

Frawley was self-employed for 35 years as a ceramic tile contractor.  His wife Marge is a retired teacher.  He was elected to a second 4-year term as mayor in 2009.  As mayor, he took the lead to eliminate the village police department by consolidating those services with the Town.  His close attention to budget details has resulted in an annual average decline in the tax rate of $.95 per thousand, or $6.65 overall.
